Welcome to Avonbridge Academy. By accessing or purchasing services from our website (www.avonbridgeacademy.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“T&C”), which govern your use of our website and your relationship with Avonbridge Academy Ltd.Please read these T&C carefully before enrolling in our services. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our website or services.
1. Who May Use Our Services
Avonbridge Academy provides educational tutoring services designed primarily for UK-based students aged 13–16 preparing for their GCSE exams. By registering on behalf of a child, you confirm that: You are at least 18 years of age. You are the parent/legal guardian of the enrolled student, or have their guardian’s consent. All information you provide is accurate and up to date.
2. Services Offered
We provide: Online group tutoring in GCSE English Language and English Literature. A maximum of 10 students per group. Scheduled sessions running up to 3 times daily, Monday–Friday. Access to one free drop-in session per term for any missed session (advance notice required).We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or add new services at any time. Such changes will be communicated in advance where possible.
3. Payment and Pricing
Tutoring sessions are offered in pre-paid blocks (e.g., 20 sessions for £350).Payments must be made in advance via secure methods provided on our site .No pay-as-you-go access is provided unless expressly stated. Prices are subject to change; existing customers will receive advance notice before any increase.
4. Refund Policy
We offer a no-questions-asked full refund within 7 days of purchase, even if sessions have already been attended. After this 7-day period, no refunds will be issued. For full details, please refer to our Refund Policy.
5. Attendance and Missed Sessions
Students are expected to attend all scheduled sessions on time. One free catch-up or drop-in session is available per term if a session is missed. Additional missed sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable.
6. User Conduct
You agree to: Treat all tutors and students respectfully. Not disrupt sessions or share inappropriate content .Ensure your child joins on time using a working internet connection. We reserve the right to remove any participant from sessions or future enrolment if their conduct negatively affects others’ learning experience. No refund will be issued in such cases.
7. Intellectual Property
All course content, materials, session recordings, and digital resources provided by Avonbridge Academy remain the intellectual property of Avonbridge Academy Ltd. You may not record, reproduce, distribute, or share any content without prior written permission.
8. Privacy
All personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
9. Limitation of Liability
We do our best to deliver a high-quality learning experience, but we do not guarantee specific academic outcomes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Avonbridge Academy Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these T&C from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email or through our website. Your continued use of the service after changes are made constitutes acceptance of those changes.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
