At Avonbridge Academy, we are committed to providing high-quality online group tutoring services. We understand that sometimes plans change, which is why we have designed our refund policy to be fair, transparent, and supportive of our learners and their families.

 

7-Day Full Refund Guarantee

We offer a no-questions-asked full refund within 7 calendar days of your purchase. This applies even if you or your child have attended one or more sessions during this period.

To request a refund within this 7-day window, simply email us at info@avonbridgeacademy.com with your name, the student’s name, and your booking details.


After 7 Days

After the 7-day period has passed, we do not offer refunds, whether sessions have been attended or not.

This policy allows us to reserve limited spaces in our small-group classes and plan teaching resources effectively. It also ensures fairness to all families and tutors involved.


Missed Sessions

If a student misses a session, they are entitled to attend one free drop-in session per term as a goodwill gesture. Please contact us to schedule this.

 

Legal Disclaimer

This Refund Policy is provided in accordance with the rights afforded to consumers under UK law, including the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Digital services and time-based services like tuition are exempt from some refund rights once delivery has begun—however, we voluntarily offer a 7-day refund window to ensure customer satisfaction.
